Our founder and President, Brian Frederick, started as an apprentice bricklayer — learning construction from the ground up. He moved into restoration, working his way from technician to production manager to lead estimator. Along the way, he's worked both for restoration companies and with insurance carriers, giving him a rare understanding of what each side needs from an estimate.
